1963 ES-335TDC, Very Rare Factory Left Handed Golden Era 335!

Another Clapton-era Cherry ES-335, this one from 1963, factory Bigsby guitar, suitable for a stoptail conversion with the factory drilled holes under the “Custom Made” Plaque. Tremendous sounding guitar, as these Golden Era 335s are know to be, with neck PUP = 8.55K, Bridge PUP = 8.02K.

This guitar has been well played, and for good reason! Now has a really nice refret, so it’s ready for many years of musical ecstacy.

1960 Gibson ES-345TDC, 100% Original with 1959 Features, EXC Condition!

Fresh out of a private collection(my very own), this is an uncirculated 1960 Gibson ES-345TDC, 100% original in EXC condition with OHSC. This guitar has the highly desirable Factory stop tail piece. The Varitone assembly is complete intact.

This is one of only 252 ES-345TDCs from 1960, with serial # A33896. This ES-345 has been featured several times over the years on The Les Paul Forum.

The Cherry Red is perfect: not too light(reminiscent of orange) and not too dark(reminiscent of blood). Really stunning unfaded color with nicely figured wood underneath; this is the vintage guitar with absolutely the coolest vibe I’ve ever owned!

1968 Gibson ES-335TDC, 100% Original with OHSC, EXC Condition!

This is a true survivor, unmolested 100% original 1968 left handed Gibson ES-335TD in Cherry Red, with OHSC. It is also a one-owner guitar!

This guitar has been thoroughly inspected and expertly set-up by Scott Freilich of Top Shelf Music, a Gibson authorized repair center since 1979. Scott placed the year as 1968 after noting it has a one-piece neck. This would also be consistent with George Gruhn’s philosophy of dating a guitar based on neck date and/or specs. It also has no volute, no Made in U.S.A. stamp, and a no-logo Gibson case with the Marigold interior which was used by Gibson through mid-1969.

1971 Gibson ES-150DC with late 1960s Features, EXC & 100% Original!

This is just not a vintage Gibson guitar that you see in lefty. In fact, I have never seen a left handed ES-150DC, and you may never see another one ever again! It’s also in the seldom seen Cherry Red finish-most of these were Walnut or Natural.

The ES-150DC is a model that Gibson introduced in 1969, and production ran from 1969-1975. It is a hybrid guitar which may be considered a double-cutaway ES-175, or a deep body(3 inch depth) ES-335. Add a master volume and you have a very unique instrument!

This particular guitar has some late 1960s features: the neck has NO volute and inside you will find an Orange Label, and it’s even a no union made label! The back of the headstock has the Made in the U.S.A. stamp, and pots date 137 7114, so technically it’s a 1971 with the latest date being from 1971.

LEFTY 1973 Gibson ES-355TDSV w OHSC, Amazing Condition!

For all lefty Joe Bonamassa/Freddie King fans: here is one amazing lefty vintage Gibson 1973 ES-355TDSV, similar to Joe’s 1972 ES-355, the one he got because Freddie King played a similar one!

http://www.premierguitar.com/Magazin…aspx ?Page=6&

This is one of the cleanest vintage guitars I’ve ever gotten in; it is a total freak and almost too clean to handle! Beautiful cherry red finish, strong unfaded cherry top with gorgeous grain, with the back amazingly figured and flamed!

2017 Gibson Historic 1959/R9 Les Paul, New w/ COA/OHSC, Tiger Flame!

This is a brand new Left Handed Gibson R9 Les Paul from December 2017 with one of the more attractive tops I’ve had over the years. The top reminds me of Billy Gibbons’ Pearly Gates 59. It also looks like the 59 Burst featured at the top of the Les Paul Forum home page. It is a strong curly maple top with wide Tiger flame and striking 3-D movement from any angle or light. It is hard to find a top like this – I’ve had close to 50 R9s over the years, and this is one of the best I’ve seen!

The finish is VOS Ice Tea, the hardware is Nickel, the weight is very desirable for a Les Paul at 8 lbs, 6 oz, and the neck profile is reminiscent of a mid-59 Burst with .89/1st fret and 1.00/12th fret.
I also set up the guitar with 4/64/Hi E and 5/64/Low E at the 12th fret. Here’s another amazing thing about this guitar: the clearance of the strings over the Tune-O-Matic bridge was good with the stop tailpiece clamped down – something that I rarely see with Les Pauls and provides maximum sustain!

This Les Paul has it all – it’s truly a special R9!

Includes all tags/paperwork with COA and OHSC.

Was $5,995 Now $4,500
