For all lefty Joe Bonamassa/Freddie King fans: here is one amazing lefty vintage Gibson 1973 ES-355TDSV, similar to Joe’s 1972 ES-355, the one he got because Freddie King played a similar one!

This is one of the cleanest vintage guitars I’ve ever gotten in; it is a total freak and almost too clean to handle! Beautiful cherry red finish, strong unfaded cherry top with gorgeous grain, with the back amazingly figured and flamed!

1972 Fender Princeton Reverb, EXC Condition!

1972 Fender Princeton Reverb, serial # A26123, last year for the Fender tail logo, EXC condition. This amp has all the original transformers(see pics). When I first bought it, I took it to Gary Dahle Pro Audio to have completely checked out. Gary pulled the chassis, cleaned all the pots and jacks, reseated the tubes, resoldered a few connections and the amp sounded like new again.

When I originally got the amp, it had a non-original cheap speaker. So I bought a premium speaker, the Weber Ferro Max Vintage Series Ceramic 10 inch, 8 Ohms/50 watts. This speaker has a huge magnet and is loud with a big bottom, clear, aggressive highs, and later/smooth breakup.

The amp has less than 1 hour of play time with the new speaker. Never gigged, only used in the home. I have 5 other amps, so this amp has seen very little use. Needs nothing – this is a turnkey vintage amp.

1976 Fender Strat, Natural, Near Mint Condition!

This is a very clean, Near Mint 1976 Strat in Natural finish with black PUPs and plastic, comes with a newer righty Fender case. Frets have only minimal wear on 1st three frets, pickguard has a little wear, but otherwise looks almost new. AND, unlike most Strats from this period, it doesn’t weigh a ton; only around 7 1/2 lbs! Includes trem arm.

I just set it up with D’Addario 10-46s, nice low action, everything works, needs nothing, great sounding and playing vintage Strat without spending a fortune!

1971 Fender Mustang, Sunburst, 100% Original, Super Clean!

1971 Fender Mustang, Right Handed, Sunburst finish, serial # 322xxx, super clean original example. This guitar has just been inspected and perfectly set-up by Scott Freilich of Top Shelf Music – needs nothing and is ready to play.

Includes trem bar and Fender gig bag.

Back of neck is almost perfect, some very minor wear around 1st three frets. Vibrant and unfaded 3-color sunburst, only weighs around 6.5 lbs, plays and sounds great – hard to find a vintage Mustang in this condition!

1976 Fender Strat, 100% Original with OHSC, EXC!

1976 Fender Strat, Sunburst with Black pickguard, 100% Original with OHSC, has moderate wear, a few spots down to the wood, frets have wear but plenty of life left, overall in EXC condition.

1979 Fender Strat, Bargain Priced with Some Issues

This is a lefty Strat from 1979 which has a lot of potential, and is priced accordingly. The main concern is the finish: During the late 70s, Fender was asked by the EPA to modify its spraying installation and to find a less polluting finishing method. Fender decided to try water-based finishes, which could be electrostatically sprayed on bodies. The new set-up was first used in 1979, but it soon turned into a disaster as finishes were prone to cracking, bubbling, and falling off after only a couple of weeks or months! Needless to say, this unfortunate development resulted in numerous claims from dealers and customers, after which Fender decided to return to polyester finishes.

This particular guitar is an example of that water-based finish, as seen in the pics. It would be a good candidate to have the finish removed down to the wood and oversprayed, or to be refinished in a color of your choice. The neck is actually in very nice shape, so only the body needs attention.
